Physical Therapy

St. Luke's physical therapy team uses a one-on-one approach to help patients re-develop motor skills, functional mobility, strength, balance and sensory processing. Patients recovering from total joint replacement, strokes or other surgeries can utilize exercise facilities both in and out of the hospital with advanced technology, including a weight-supported treadmill.  

Physical Therapy services are also provided at our clinic located on the St. Luke’s hospital campus:

• UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's Rehabilitation Services at St. Luke's is located on the first floor of the St. Luke's College building (2800 Pierce Street), providing speech, occupational and physical therapy for both adults and pediatric patients. With parking located right outside, the spacious unit offers the expertise of a knowledgeable staff along with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment to encourage recovery.
