About the Foundation

The UnityPoint Health – Grinnell Regional Medical Center Foundation helps area residents and businesses to invest in the future of health care in their own community. Its purpose is to bring the gifts of the community together to strengthen, support and enhance the mission of the medical center. Gifts to the UnityPoint Health – Grinnell Regional Medical Center Foundation and its affiliated clinics support a broad range of medical services, equipment, and technology, as well as special programs. Projects include:

  • Community wellness and education projects.
  • The purchase of new equipment for up-to-date diagnostic, medical, surgical and treatment services.
  • Development of new services and patient care programs.
  • Construction and renovation needs.

The foundation is a private, nonprofit, tax-exempt organization. Donations to the foundation are tax-deductible, as permissible by law.
